Le Pavillon Hotel offers two delicious dining options. The award-winning Crystal Room is our signature restaurant, serving French cuisine with LA influences. Savor its creative, innovative dishes and friendly atmosphere coupled with a classical décor in an historic setting under sparkling crystal chandeliers. Choose from a menu of our Executive Chef's unique dinner creations, which changes with the seasons. Additionally, Le Gallery Lounge serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages plus appetizers in a warm, casual setting. Share drinks after a day of business or sightseeing in a relaxed gathering place that boasts a laid-back, elegant ambiance. Surrounding the Lounge is an extremely rare Sienna marble balustrade with green onyx balusters and bronze ormolu. The railing once enclosed a reserved seating area for the titled French aristocracy at the Grand Hotel in Paris.
