Carousel Gardens Amusement Park has more than a dozen rides for kids of all ages, and of course the centerpiece is the historic merry-go-round. Storyland is home to 25 sculptures from classic fairy tales and children's literature like The Three Pigs and Captain Hooks. Be sure to try out the Dragon Slide! Another cool attraction is Big Lake, where you can rent paddle boats or take a hike on the Louisiana Nature Trail.
