FRONT DESK AGENT
A friendly, positive, and professional, person that is focused on guest service; ability to accurately and efficiently check in and check out guests using a computer system; assist guests as requested, handle cash, answer telephones and make reservations.
Must have excellent customer service skills; must be able to stand and walk entire shift; must be neat in appearance, well-spoken and flexible.
Responsible for efficiently serving food and beverage in a warm, cordial, courteous and professional manner at assigned banquet functions.
Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of hotel sales or related industry experience. Must be self - motivated, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Candidate must have minimum of two (2) years of experience in a full-service hotel Engineering Department and a very "hands on" management style. Strong communication skills and the ability to train, notice and develop associates are a must for this position.
Maintain hotel equipment and system; ability to repair routine maintenance issues in guest rooms, general knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical, HVAC and telephones. Applicant must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to perform general maintenance work; pool cleaning, unclog toilets; repair routine maintenance issues in guest rooms. Applicant must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT
Must have the ability to clean 16-18 rooms within the scheduled shift to meet the management company standards; stock and push carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Communicate with the guests and supervisors; assist with laundry when necessary and communicate room status to supervisor or front desk.
Responsible for the cleaning, sanitation and safety of the font lobby area and other areas of the hotel.
Three to six months of fine dining experience preferred. Excellent guest service skills required. Must be able to stand and walk entire shift.
ROOM SERVICE SERVER
Answer the service telephone and take orders for food and beverage from kitchen to guests; expedite food and beverage service to guests by assisting management throughout the assigned shift; lift heavy dish trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
