Ability to perform general maintenance work; pool cleaning, unclog toilets; repair routine maintenance issues in guest rooms. Applicant must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ensure all quality standards are followed by all: appearance, taste, garnishment of plate, portion control etc. Take responsibility of the shift during the Executive Chef absence, responsible for performing any and all hourly kitchen functions.
Three to six months of fine dining experience preferred. Excellent guest service skills required. Must be able to stand and walk entire shift.
ROOM SERVICE SERVER
Answer the service telephone and take orders for food and beverage from kitchen to guests; expedite food and beverage service to guests by assisting management throughout the assigned shift; lift heavy dish trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
Responsible for washing dishware, pot and pans. Maintained the kitchen floors and cooking surfaces clean. Candidate must be able to work AM and PM shifts.
Will be responsible to load and unload washers and dryers, fold towels, press and fold all linen according to hotel guidelines. Candidate must be able to work from 2-10 PM.
