a note of thanks. Our wedding reception was beautiful and
flawless thanks to all the hard work you all put in. I would
not have changed a thing! I hope many more brides and grooms
to come, choose Le Pavillon to make their fairy tale wedding
come true too!"

|"I am truly sorry that it took me so
long to thank you and your staff for the most enjoyable stay at your
lovely hotel. I have had the privilege to stay at hotels around the
world and rarely, if ever, have I enjoyed myself more or been treated
While everyone connected with the hotel went out of their way to make
my stay special, I would remain remiss if I did not mention Justin
in particular. Justin repeatedly went out of his way to gather information
for me, make reservations for me, and generally make sure that I was
well taken care of. He is, in the truest sense of the word, a "keeper".
Thank you again and I look forward to staying with you for Mardi Gras."

"Since our return to Minnesota in May,
I have told countless friends and acquaintances (including my
hair stylist and dentist) about our delightful experience at
'Le Pav.' Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable if
it weren't for 'the Belle of New Orleans.' I will always remember
the fun chats I had with some of your gracious staff. Of course,
Justin was SO helpful to us! (He seemed to genuinely care whether
we would find a good restaurant and have a good time while in
NO, LA.) We actually ended up eating three of our meals from
room service AND three in the Crystal Room since your cuisine
there is delicious. Y' all do a great job! We look forward to
our next visit!"

|"Last week I had the pleasure of staying
at your hotel. I arrived on Monday the 27th, and left on Thursday,
staying in Room 806. I have traveled very extensively throughout my
life and have not written to any hotels previously. It was most obvious
to me that your establishment is exceptionally well run.
From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, everything was
as it should be. Albert met me at the front door and made me feel
welcome. Marion at the front desk was most efficient and friendly.
Melissa, the concierge, was most helpful on several occasions, as
was Justin. Carlos, in the dining room, was the perfect waiter. Cleanliness
What struck me the most was the friendliness of your staff, not the
superficial smile that one often receives, but genuine professionalism
and enthusiasm. Please pass my thanks on to your staff. I look forward
to my next visit to New Orleans and your hotel."

|"Several weeks ago my sister and I had the pleasure of
staying at Le Pavillon in New Orleans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
and look forward to returning. While there, I had an opportunity to
talk with Mr. Albert Moses II, your Employee of the Year for 2004.
Your organization chose well when they selected Mr. Moses for such
an honor. The service he provided was excellent. However, I am writing
to you about something that I think goes well beyond providing good
service to your guests.
I was fortunate to have an opportunity to converse at length with
Mr. Moses. When he described the events surrounding the receipt of
his award, I was deeply touched. He spoke with such pride about his
association with the Preferred Hotel Organization. His knowledge of
the history of Le Pavillon, his loyalty and appreciation to your company,
and the satisfaction he takes in his work was clearly evident. I came
away from our conversation with a lighter heart and a renewed sense
of faith in the goodness of people. How very refreshing it was to
know that there are corporations like yours that honor and respect
the work of their employees.
Thank you for providing such a delightful encounter. There are many
nice hotels, but it is rare indeed to find an employee of a hotel
who leaves such a positive and lasting impression on a guest. We will
return to Le Pavillon whenever we are in New Orleans and we will choose
Preferred Hotels when traveling."

|"I am writing to let you know how pleased
we were with our stay at your beautiful hotel and to say thank you
to Nicki Fourroux, Gwen DeFraites, Greg Smith and his staff. They
were all absolutely wonderful!!!
It is my responsibility to locate the finest hotel possible with
suitable meeting space to host a training session for judicial
assistants and stay within our budget. Nicki worked with me to get
us a reduced lodging rate so I could accommodate the 60 participants.
I let her know what our budget was and she somehow worked it out!
When the assistants arrived, they began phoning me to 'rave' about
what a wonderful hotel I had selected. Some even went so far as
to phone their mothers to say: 'Mom, you should see this bathroom!'
I can't tell you how pleased I was. Le Pavillon is one of the finest
hotels I have ever stayed in; and the 'peanut butter and jelly hour?'
- magnificent idea!
Gwen De Fraites and Greg Smith were always around making sure everything
was going according to plan and of course it was. It was just perfect.
The reception we had on Sunday evening was a great 'ice breaker.'
Once the assistants began arriving at the reception and saw that it
was an informal gathering, they phoned their spouses to invite them
to come. It all worked out great and the food was excellent. Greg
Smith 'throws a good party.'
Thanks again to Nicki, Gwen, Greg and the lovely Le Pavillon. Our
workshop was a big success. I don't know how I can 'top' this one!"

"I felt, upon seeing your hotel on
the Internet, that it was a special place. I decided to treat myself
to your special touch of elegance and was overwhelmed with the graciousness
of all your staff, the beautiful sitting areas, dining room, and
the individual rooms for guests. Beautiful and elegant! It had the
feel of a 'destination hotel', one of those turn-of-the-19th-century
places where people went and just stayed for months!! I felt truly
cared about and very comfortable. The dining was elegant and the
wait staff was efficient with a commitment to my enjoyment of the
meal. I ate there more than once. My hotel room was beautiful, comfortable,
clean and decorated to create a wonderful memory. Thank you so much
for keeping the charm and grace of a beautiful 'destination hotel'.
- When I return to New Orleans I will look forward to another stay
with you. I will certainly recommend Le Pavillon to my friends and
