I honestly can’t express how grateful I am to you (Gwen.) From the first call 7 months ago when I asked for information, you were great. For a single father who was doing it all by himself, you were a lifesaver. Over the months of preparing, I must say every phone call and e-mail was always answered and responded to very promptly. As for the weekend of the wedding, the hotel was superb. From start to finish. The arrival with valet, front desk and bellman, all good. Saturday for the setup, all good. The Crystal Room that night was fit for the queen. The food was delicious. The staff was unbelievable. The rooms were wonderful. Thank you.

Gwen made everything calm and workable. At times I was so stressed because I wanted my only daughter to have a wedding to remember! You and LePavillon made everything come together to make a Wedding Reception I don’t think she will forget.

All of our arrangements were made simple & very unstressful by Mrs. DeFraites. She was extremely helpful and made the process quite comfortable to organize.

The banquet was wonderful --everyone was right there and helpful. They were some of the most pleasant people I have ever met. They took care of the marriage party completely!! The couple’s room was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen. I know they enjoyed it!! All of the food was delicious.
